Improve documentation for whitespace-report{,-region}

        * whitespace.el (whitespace-report-region): Simplify
        documentation.
        (whitespace-report): Refer to whitespace-report-region's
        documentation.

This commit message also covers the previous commit, which was erroneously
committed with the log message "."; sorry.
